Sundown's SLD slim subwoofers deliver incredibly high volume through several important upgrades. These include pole-piece channels to reduce air noise and improve cooling, top-plate "slits" for better cooling and less distortion and a magnet shorting ring. Sundown has also secured the spider, motor, and aluminum pole cap with bolts, and added "mini-XL" lead wires for years of reliable service.
